Pizzazz International Model and Talent Management, under the direction of Dale Harding, accompanied Kristine Watson, winner of the Pizzazz Model Talent search, 2005 and her mother Susan Watson to the prestigious International Model Talent Convention held July 23-28 in New York City, at the beautiful New York Hilton Hotel and Towers. The event showcased over 2,000 models and talents from around the world and who were seen and scouted from over 350 top international model agents, talent scouts, casting directors and managers from all major markets: Paris, Milan, London, Germany, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Los Angeles, and New York.

 

 Kristine, age 16, a Brookswood student and a graduate of the Langley Pizzazz School of Personal Development and Modeling won her prize package, a value of $4,000.00, which included round trip airfare, hotel accommodations, convention and competition fees, workshops, seminars, photo in convention book, a formal banquet, plus interviews with top model/talent agents.

 

 Despite intense competition, Kristine took that bite of the big apple when she was 1 of 23 chosen from 2000 contestants to walk the runway in a special featured fashion show coordinated and produced by one of New York's top choreographers and runway coaches. Kristine also caught the attention of 3 international agents and future plans will be to launch her international career in Japan, July/ August 2007.

 

 Kristine's prize package award was presented at the final Gala Model/Talent Showcase held Sept 18th, 2005 in Langley at the Coast Hotel Convention Centre. This unique gala event showcased many performers with a New York theme and "All that Jazz" creating a high energy and entertaining evening with the combination of singing, dancing, acting and modeling. Kristine had been chosen as a semi-finalist from over 60 entrees who participated in the auditions for the 2005 model/talent search held at Sevenoaks Shopping Centre in Abbotsford. Sevenoaks who partnered with Pizzazz International as a major sponsor, gave tremendous support and exposure to all the singers, dancers, actors and models who took centre stage to showcase their talents and entertained the crowd. To add a bit of Pizzazz and a professional touched to the event it was followed by a Fall Fashion Show presented by the Pizzazz Professional models.

 

 To keep abreast of the fast paced industry, Pizzazz is constantly traveling with their models and talent to major markets where they are seen scouted and given opportunity to be placed internationally. With the high standards taught at Pizzazz, Pizzazz models and talent have won many awards and at the Canadian Model Talent Convention took all top awards which honored Pizzazz International with Best School of the Year and Best overall agent.
